Delivery

How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery then takes 10–15 working days, and you'll get a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.

Why does delivery take 10–15 working days?
Many of our pieces come to you directly from our makers and suppliers overseas, rather than sitting in a UK warehouse first. It takes a little longer, and it's part of how we keep prices fair. Every order is tracked, and returns go to a UK address.

Will I have to pay anything on delivery?
No. For UK orders, our prices include VAT and any import charges are already paid. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, to the EU and a number of other countries. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Orders outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes.

My tracking hasn't moved. What now?
Parcels sometimes pause between carriers. If nothing has changed for 7 working days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Returns

Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. Send it back unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the UK returns address. Return postage is on you, and we refund within 14 days of it arriving back with us.

What if it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?
Sorry about that. Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll put it right at our cost, with a replacement or a full refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually change or cancel it.

Products

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired ceiling and wall lights should be installed by a qualified electrician. If you'd rather not, look for plug-in, rechargeable or cordless options, which need no wiring at all.

Are the photos accurate?
We aim for honest pictures and proper measurements. Colours can look slightly different on screens, so if you're unsure about size or finish, ask us before you buy.
