Push one into the lawn or a border, point it up into a tree, at a wall or along a path, and it looks after itself. The zoom lens lets you go from a tight beam on a single feature to a wider wash across about 2 square metres, with a throw of up to 3 metres.

No electrician and no cables across the garden. The housing is ABS and polycarbonate, sealed to IP65, so it stays out all year in UK rain. Hold the button to switch it on, tap to change brightness, tap again to switch off.
