Two shades, one elegant bar: a classic way to light a kitchen island evenly. The shades focus light down onto the worktop, while brass or polished nickel adds a refined, heritage touch that suits shaker, country and modern-classic kitchens.
Ceramic shades are soft and matte; aluminium shades are sleek and reflective.
Straight answers
- Which length? ½ to ⅔ of the island length: 102cm for 150–200cm, 120cm for 180–240cm, 140cm for 210–280cm.
- How high? 76 to 91cm above the worktop.
- Brass or nickel? Brass for warmth, nickel for a cooler classic look.
- Fitting? Hardwired, so it is a job for an electrician.
